GRIFFIN’S LEGACY
Griffin Nathan Lamar died tragically on August 5th, 2016 in the arms of his loving parents Nathan Daniel and Nicole Halsted Lamar of Danvers. For two years, Griffin brought incredible joy to his two sisters, Addison and Margaret, the Halsted and Lamar families, and his large extended network of family and friends. Griffin’s infectious smile and joyous laughter brightened the lives of all who knew him. His skill with a lightsaber was well beyond his years and everyone that met him wanted to run their hands through his incredible hair – much to his irritation. He completed the Lamar family and the hole left by his passing can never be filled.
Griffin’s life was itself a gift, and to honor his memory, the Lamar family established a foundation to continue the gift that brought Griffin into their lives: ADOPTION.
